Restructuring a building complex

The large office building of 32000 m² was the headquarters of the Peugoet Car Company and is situated on a prestigious avenue which continues the Charps Elysee in Paris.

The building dating from 1970’s is entirely refurbished with it’s existing main structure preserved. The facade is composed of prefabricated concrete panels which have opening containg windows and spandrel panels conceiling fan coil units. The fan coils are removed allowing the spandrel panels to be omitted and the glazed openings and spandrel panels are replaced by projecting glazed boxes whose sides are clad in bronze.

The facades of the interior courtyards are also renovated.

In the rear gardens large glass roof is built which is composed of a two way spanning grid structure in steel. The whole project was managed through BIM software.
